Returns Policy
Please note we do not offer a refund on any orders with a discount code used or already discounted sale styles (including any promotional or sign up discount) for change of mind. In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty item, please see below.
Full-priced goods in a saleable condition, unworn and with original tags attached and packaging may be exchanged for a different size or style (when available), or returned for a credit note valid for 3 years or a full refund minus return postage costs. Returns for our pieces will only be valid if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In the rare chance you receive a faulty style or item you will be provided a replacement, refund or repair at any time in line with Australian consumer legislation. This includes items purchased at full-pice, discounted or discount code is used.
Return items for a refund;
All postage to return the item(s) will be at the buyers expense. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, all returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery, registered post or your equivalent when returning items to us.
We accept returns and provide full refund under the following conditions only:
Discount code;
Our discount codes are not eligible to combine with any previous exchange or credit code.
Marlow and Mae is not obligated to apply the discount to purchases placed outside of the promotional timeframe.
